Stakeholder Gold Secures $700,400 in Flow-Through Financing for Yukon Exploration
Stakeholder Gold Corp. has closed a non-brokered flow-through private placement, raising aggregate gross proceeds of $700,400 to fund Canadian exploration expenditures at the Ballarat project in the Yukon Territory.
The financing involved the issuance of 340,000 units at a price of $2.06 per unit. Each flow-through unit comprises one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Whole warrants are exercisable at $2.40 per share for a period of two years, subject to an early exercise provision allowing the company to accelerate the expiry if the 10-day average trading price on the TSX Venture Exchange exceeds $3.00.
Gross proceeds will be used to incur qualifying mineral exploration expenses under the Income Tax Act, with the intention of renouncing those expenditures to subscribers by December 31, 2026. All securities issued are subject to a statutory four-month-and-one-day hold period, and the placement remains subject to final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
The latest raise follows a previous flow-through placement closed in March 2026, which collected $2,290,000 at lower issue prices of $1.10 and $1.19 per unit.
To support advanced exploration across the property, Stakeholder submitted a Class 3 Mining Land Use Permit application in July 2026. That application is designed to accommodate an expanded diamond drilling campaign and a dedicated on-site exploration camp, following a remotely supported 2,000-metre diamond drill program completed between May and June 2026, for which assay results remain pending.
Stakeholder shares are currently trading at $1.78, up 2.89%.
