Star Copper Corp. has completed seven diamond drill holes totaling 2,489 metres at the northeast extension of the Star Main target within its flagship Star Project in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle.

The 2026 step-out drilling program, encompassing holes S-063, S-064, S-065, S-066/66A, S-067 and S-069, was anchored by historic hole S-025, which previously intersected 269 metres grading 0.42% copper and 0.198 g/t gold from 7 metres, and 2025 drill hole S-054A, which returned 183 metres grading 0.28% copper equivalent from 26 metres. Geological logging across the northeast expansion has identified porphyry-style alteration, quartz-sulphide veining and chalcopyrite mineralization from near surface down to 482 metres in hole S-067, making it the deepest hole of the current campaign.

Assay results for all seven completed holes are currently pending. Star Copper is advancing its fully funded, 15,000-metre 2026 exploration program at the property with the objective of supporting a future maiden resource estimate. The company is integrating 3D induced polarization and magnetotelluric geophysical surveys into its geological model alongside the pending assay data to refine the northeast extension model and prioritize follow-up targets for subsequent drilling.
