Star Diamond Corporation has appointed Brendan F. Moore as Vice-Chairman of the Board, rounding out leadership changes at the Canadian explorer.

Mr. Moore brings more than 30 years of international executive experience across North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia-Pacific. He most recently served as President of Ryan International and is the founder and chief executive of Brendan Moore & Associates Ltd. He joined the Star Diamond board earlier this year on March 26.

Chairman Wayne Malouf thanked outgoing board member Al for his contributions and decades of mining experience.

“On behalf of the Board and the Company, I want to thank Al for his contributions to Star Diamond and his support of the Company. His decades of mining experience have been invaluable during a time of important change. Everyone on the Board wishes him well as he takes on new challenges and spends a little more time with family and personal pursuits.”

“At the same time, I am pleased to welcome Brendan into the role of Vice-Chairman. His global leadership experience and disciplined approach to governance and value creation will be a significant asset to the Company as it continues to advance.”

— Wayne Malouf, Chairman of the Board

The board changes take place as Star Diamond advances its mineral properties in central Saskatchewan. The company engaged Misty Clifton Engineering LP and SGS Canada Inc. to complete a pre-feasibility study on the Star-Orion South Diamond Project, with completion estimated during Q4 2026.
