Star Diamond Appoints Jean-Raymond Boulle II as CEO

Star Diamond Corporation has appointed Jean-Raymond Boulle II as Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2026.

Mr. Boulle succeeds Lester Kemp, who has served as interim chief executive officer since November 2025. Following the transition, Mr. Kemp will remain involved with Star Diamond in an advisory role.

The incoming chief executive holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Finance, alongside pharmaceutical development qualifications in chemistry, manufacturing and regulation. He has previously held founder, director and executive roles across the MedTech and Biotech sectors, and brings diamond industry experience as a founding director of a diamond mining and exploration company operating in Angola and Namibia.

Star Diamond continues to advance its core asset in central Saskatchewan, where the company engaged Misty Clifton Engineering LP and SGS Canada Inc. to conduct a pre-feasibility study on the Star-Orion South Diamond Project, which is estimated for completion during the fourth quarter of 2026.
