Star Gold Corp. has launched a Regulation A public offering for its 100%-owned Longstreet gold-silver project in Nevada, granting non-accredited retail investors direct access to the financing alongside exclusive perks such as bonus shares and physical silver or gold bars.

The offering changes the company’s immediate funding access, with proceeds earmarked to cover final permitting expenses, advance the Environmental Impact Statement required for commercial operations, and execute resource expansion drilling across eight additional targets identified on the land package.

The asset is designed as a conventional open-pit, heap leach operation featuring a favorable 0.92:1 strip ratio and surface-level oxidized ore bodies. Metallurgical testing conducted at McClelland Laboratories confirmed 80% gold recovery within the first 20 days of leaching, supporting a low-complexity design that keeps capital requirements down.

Trading volume reached 251,321 shares, compared to the 50-day average of 35,230 shares.

Permitting activities at Longstreet continue to advance systematically. The United States Forest Service Plan of Operations has been approved, Bureau of Land Management clearance to proceed with the development program is secured, and baseline studies covering wildlife, biological, cultural, and archaeology elements are complete alongside acquired private water rights.

The Environmental Impact Statement process is currently underway. Star Gold estimates it will take approximately 12 months to complete the process, which will be followed by potential Plan of Operations approval as the final step toward securing a production permit.

“We’ve spent years building Longstreet the right way — doing the technical work, advancing the permitting, and putting the right team in place,” said Star Gold Corp. CEO Lindsay Gorrill. “With most key regulatory approvals now in hand and gold remaining a safe haven for investors, we believe the conditions for this project have never been stronger. We’re proud to open this opportunity to a broader group of investors and look forward to advancing Longstreet toward production.”
