Stardust Metal Commences Trading On TSX Venture Exchange Under ZIGY

Stardust Metal Corp. has graduated its common shares from the Canadian Securities Exchange to the TSX Venture Exchange, with trading commencing under the ticker symbol "ZIGY" on September 3, 2026.
The exchange transition shifts the company to the TSX Venture platform to secure greater visibility, liquidity, and access to institutional capital. In connection with the move, Stardust Metal delisted its common shares from the CSE. Shareholders are not required to take any action regarding the listing change.
The exchange graduation coincides with active exploration across the company's asset base in Ontario, which includes the Omega, McGarry, and Kirkland West projects. Stardust holds an option agreement to acquire up to a 75% interest in the McGarry project from Orecap Invest Corp., a transaction approved by shareholders at the Annual General and Special Meeting on July 14, 2026.
“Graduating to the TSX Venture Exchange is an exciting milestone as Stardust enters an important period of growth. The substantial work completed this summer has sharpened our understanding of Omega, McGarry and Kirkland West and confirmed the significant exploration and resource-growth potential across our asset base. With compelling targets defined and fall drilling approaching, Stardust is exceptionally well positioned to unlock value in the Kirkland Lake gold district”
— Janet Meiklejohn, VP Corporate Development
Field programs are advancing across the portfolio. Stardust scheduled drilling of deep magnetotelluric anomaly targets at McGarry to begin in September, backed by an expanded institutional and retail marketing push. The company also plans to deliver an updated mineral resource estimate for McGarry early next year.
