Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. has secured the formal granting of the TitanBeach Titanium Beach One Mining Licence by the competent authorities of the Kingdom of Morocco. The operational approval is held through NSM Capital Sarl, a Moroccan entity in which Steadright owns a 76.5% interest.

The newly approved project area spans approximately four kilometres by four kilometres, representing a total designated area of approximately 16 square kilometres. The licence issuance follows the formal application submitted by NSM Capital Sarl in January 2026 for the TitanBeach One Mining License, designated as License No. 4039307.

Across its wider portfolio in the region, Steadright holds over 192 square kilometres of mineral exploration claims dedicated to the TitanBeach Titanium Project in Morocco.

“The granting of this approval marks a historic milestone for NSM Capital and represents an important step forward for Morocco’s mining sector. It provides the foundation for the next phase of development of a mineral development project of significant scale and, over the long term, creates substantial opportunities for investment, industrial development and the creation of sustainable value in Morocco.”
