Storm Exploration Upsizes Private Placement to $3.2M on Investor Demand

Storm Exploration Inc. has expanded its non-brokered private placement to aggregate gross proceeds of up to $3,200,000, driven by continued investor demand.
The upsized financing now consists of up to 8,000,000 units priced at $0.40 per unit. The company may pay finder's fees in connection with the offering, subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. All other terms of the offering remain unchanged from previous disclosures, and the arrangement remains conditional upon receiving final exchange approval.
This capital expansion builds on foundational backing from a corporation beneficially owned by Eric Sprott, which subscribed for the initial tranche of the financing to secure the position of Storm Exploration's largest shareholder.
The raised proceeds support ongoing preparations at the Gold Standard Project, located 60 kilometres north of Fort Frances in northwestern Ontario. The property holds a three-year exploration drill permit covering the entire five-kilometre length of its volcanogenic massive sulphide target. Storm Exploration expects to commence up to 3,000 metres of drilling at the site during the third quarter of 2026 to test the extent of the mineralization.
Activity across the surrounding district highlights active exploration in the region, including maiden drilling completed at the Western Wabigoon project by Kenorland Minerals Ltd.
