Strathmore is shifting its primary focus to development and mineral definition at its Agate uranium project in Wyoming, electing to postpone planned exploratory work at its Beaver Rim property. The company is now concentrating its resources on advancing the Agate permitting process through baseline field studies, including floral, faunal, and cultural assessments, to support the submission of a Plan of Operation to the US Bureau of Land Management and the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality.

Strathmore holds three permitted uranium projects in Wyoming, comprising Agate, Beaver Rim, and the former producing Night Owl mine. The Agate property, which covers 2,560 acres, contains shallow uranium mineralization at depths of 20 to 150 feet that the company considers amenable to in-situ recovery. Strathmore has completed 294 drill holes at the site during its 2023-2026 programs.
