Strickland Metals Limited is undertaking a board restructure and management succession process as its flagship Rogozna Project in Serbia shifts from exploration toward development.

Managing Director Paul L’Herpiniere will step down once his successor is appointed by the end of 2026. L’Herpiniere has overseen the project following Strickland’s acquisition of Rogozna in 2024, and will continue leading operations and study workstreams while the board conducts an executive search.

In addition to the executive search, Chairman Anthony McClure will step down from his role effective 1 October 2026 to focus on other business interests. McClure will remain on the board as a non-executive director. Independent non-executive director Sandra Bates will assume the role of chair from 1 October.

Furthermore, non-executive director Trent Franklin will step down at the conclusion of the company’s annual general meeting in November, having served on the board for over five years.

Strickland is advancing engineering and technical workstreams across the asset with the delivery of a pre-feasibility study targeted for the first half of 2027.
