Talamore Mining Corp. has received a Primary Permit under the Yukon Resource Road Regulations, clearing the remaining major permit required to complete the Northern Access Route for the Coffee Gold Project in the Yukon.

The 214-kilometer all-season route connects the project to Dawson City and the Yukon highway network. Approximately 180 kilometers of the corridor already exist as public highways and private access routes through placer operations south of Dawson, with an additional 5 kilometers undergoing realignment under previously granted work-within-right-of-way permits. The newly issued Primary Permit allows contractor Cobalt Construction Inc. to finish the remaining 29 kilometers of new road segments needed to link the existing infrastructure directly to the site.

Cobalt Construction is executing the road works in partnership with the Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in First Nation. Other pre-construction early works at the site are being handled by Nänkäk Pelly Construction in commercial collaboration with Selkirk Development Corporation, Copper Nïïsüü Limited Partnership, and Na-Cho Nyäk Dun Development Corporation.

Alongside the road development, the company is advancing early works that include a longer airstrip expected to be operational before year-end and summer river barging to deliver accommodation modules for a 300-person construction camp. The company is targeting a Final Investment Decision in the first quarter of 2027, pending receipt of the Quartz Mining Licence and the Type A Water Licence, with the public comment phase for the water licence scheduled to close on September 15, 2026.

Receipt of the permit follows the company's C$149.5 million equity financing closed in July as part of a broader financing package designed to advance Coffee toward a construction decision.
