Talon Metals Corp. has returned assay results from drill hole 25TK0562A at the Tamarack Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Project in central Minnesota, delivering a record combined intercept of Massive Sulphide Unit and Mixed Massive Sulphide Unit mineralization measuring 46.43 meters starting at a depth of 752.97 meters.

The interval graded 13.37% nickel, 16.54% copper, 0.10% cobalt, 7.85 g/t palladium, 14.49 g/t platinum and 8.56 g/t gold, representing a nickel equivalent of 27.39% or a copper equivalent of 54.78%. Within this intersection, a higher-grade sub-interval of 26.22 meters starting at 758.00 meters graded 14.95% nickel, 17.85% copper, 0.11% cobalt, 8.53 g/t palladium, 16.79 g/t platinum and 9.13 g/t gold, achieving 30.20% nickel equivalent or 60.41% copper equivalent.

An additional 4.60-meter interval of disseminated chalcocite in the footwall metasediments directly below the main intercept returned 0.38% nickel, 1.26% copper, 0.01% cobalt, 1.87 g/t palladium, 8.90 g/t platinum and 3.62 g/t gold starting at 799.40 meters. Talon plans additional sampling, while assay results for drill hole 25TK0568B remain pending.

Drill hole 25TK0562A is located approximately 50 meters southwest of the Vault Zone discovery hole 25TK0563. The hole was drilled to test the continuation of mineralization associated with a borehole electromagnetic anomaly from drill hole 25TK0566A, extending known mineralization on the 778-meter level. Reported lengths are drill intersections and not necessarily true widths.

The Vault Zone was established in May 2025 following drilling below the Tamarack Resource Area. Talon operates the Tamarack Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Project through a joint venture with Rio Tinto, holding a 51% ownership interest with an earn-in right to acquire up to 60%.

"When we named the Vault Zone, we didn't realize quite how appropriate that name might become," said Brian Goldner, Chief Exploration Officer for Talon Metals. "Any one of these grades will get your attention, but to see nickel, copper, cobalt, platinum, palladium, and gold all concentrated at these levels in the same rock is particularly significant and one of the many reasons polymetallic deposits like Tamarack are so exciting."

"The continued results from the Vault Zone demonstrate the progress our exploration team is making as it systematically tests this mineralized system," said Darby Stacey, CEO of Talon Metals. "Beyond the grades themselves, the step-out distance must be highlighted and underscores the potential strategic importance of Tamarack as a future domestic source of critical minerals."
