Talon Metals Corp. has intersected a record 46.43-meter interval of massive and mixed massive sulphide mineralization at its Tamarack Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Project in central Minnesota.

The result was achieved in drill hole 25TK0562A, which began intersecting the mineralization at a depth of 752.97 meters. This intercept surpasses the project’s previous record of 34.9 meters, which was established in a drill hole reported in May 2025. Talon confirmed that drill hole 25TK0562A was positioned approximately 50 meters southwest of that prior record hole.

The exploration team targeted the area based on a borehole electromagnetic anomaly identified in a previously completed hole, 25TK0566A. The latest drill hole, 25TK0562A, was drilled from parent hole 25TK0562 to test the continuation of mineralization associated with existing electromagnetic anomalies.

The company stated that this result validates its geological model for the Vault Zone, suggesting that the mineralized system remains open in multiple directions and at depth. Assay results for drill hole 25TK0562A are currently pending.

Talon Metals Corp. shares are currently trading at $6.83, up 9.63% during the session following the release of the record intercept.

Technical details provided by the company indicate that the drill hole reached a total depth of 805.58 meters. The lithology log for 25TK0562A recorded several distinct massive and mixed massive sulphide intervals, including a 31.25-meter massive sulphide unit starting at 752.97 meters, followed by alternating units of mixed and stringer sulphides and additional massive sulphide segments extending down to 802.53 meters.

Talon maintains strict quality assurance and quality control protocols for the Tamarack project, which include the systematic insertion of certified reference materials, blanks, and duplicate samples to monitor analytical accuracy. Samples from the current program are prepared and stored in a secure facility before being transported to the ALS laboratory in Thunder Bay, Ontario, for preparation and subsequent analysis in Vancouver, British Columbia.

The company is currently advancing the Tamarack project as a joint venture, with Talon holding a 51% interest and the right to earn up to 60%. The project encompasses a large land position with approximately 18 kilometers of strike length.
