Tectonic Metals Intersects 5.09 g/t Gold Over 21.34 Metres at Black Creek Target
Tectonic Metals Inc. reported new drill assay results from the Black Creek target at its Flat Gold Project in southwest Alaska, highlighted by hole CMR26-152, which returned 5.09 grams per tonne gold over 21.34 metres, including 17.34 grams per tonne gold over 6.10 metres.

Additional high-grade results include hole CMR26-153, intersecting 1.89 grams per tonne gold over 57.91 metres, including 2.75 grams per tonne gold over 38.10 metres with 6.31 grams per tonne gold over 7.62 metres. Diamond drill hole CMD26-041 returned 3.26 grams per tonne gold over 5.06 metres and 16.73 grams per tonne gold over 2.20 metres, including 29.91 grams per tonne gold over 1.22 metres.
Both CMR26-152 and CMR26-153 ended in mineralization, providing scope for further expansion at depth and along strike. All reported intercepts represent downhole lengths, as insufficient data currently exists to determine true widths.
“Our 2025 drilling established Black Creek as a compelling high-grade discovery. These 2026 results take it further, delivering multiple high-grade intercepts over meaningful widths with the system remaining open in all directions.”
“Located six kilometres from Chicken Mountain, Black Creek is emerging as a potential second significant gold centre within Flat's more than 20-kilometre-long volcano-plutonic complex. Its high-grade mineralization occurs in a different host rock than the monzonite-dominant mineralization at Chicken Mountain, demonstrating that gold at Flat is not confined to a single intrusion or geological setting.” — Tony Reda, Co-Founder, President & CEO
The ongoing exploration forms part of a broader 40,000-metre, five-rig drill programme launched in May 2026 across the Flat property, backed by a C$100M treasury. Black Creek is one of six kilometre-scale intrusion-related targets identified within the 99,840-acre project, which also includes Chicken Mountain, Golden Apex, Horseshoe, Jam and Caribou.
Assay results are currently pending from six additional Black Creek drill holes. Tectonic Metals is advancing work across the wider property with a maiden mineral resource estimate targeted for early 2027.
