Terra Metals Limited has extended the strike length of cash-generating and copper-nickel systems at the Dante project in Western Australia, pushing the Southwest Main Sulfide Corridor by 150 metres to more than 1,100 metres.

Complete assays for diamond drill hole SWRD052 returned broad mineralised intercepts, including 275 metres at 0.91g/t PGE3 and 0.17% nickel from 170 metres, which included an 18.5-metre interval grading 1.53g/t PGE3, 0.21% nickel and 0.13% copper from 231 metres, and 8 metres at 2.19g/t PGE3, 0.28% nickel and 0.30% copper from 355 metres.

A second intercept in SWRD052 returned 114 metres at 0.95g/t PGE3 and 0.15% nickel from 454 metres, including 15 metres at 2.21g/t PGE3, 0.22% nickel and 0.13% copper from 480 metres, and 12 metres at 2.24g/t PGE3, 0.17% nickel and 0.14% copper from 539 metres.

Meanwhile, reverse circulation hole SWRC083 intersected 73 metres at 0.66g/t PGE3, 0.13% nickel and 0.12% copper from 12 metres, including 4 metres at 1.88g/t PGE3, 0.19% nickel and 0.22% copper from 21 metres. This near-surface result supports the geological interpretation that the mineralised system extends close to the surface with a shallow western dip.

Drilling across the project totals more than 52,000 metres using five active rigs, with 22,612 metres reported to date. Heritage surveys are complete, opening a substantial new area for exploration and resource definition drilling where rigs are already operating. The Southwest mineralised system is located entirely outside Terra Metals’ existing 148 million tonne Dante Mineral Resource, with further assays expected from deep diamond tails within the coming weeks.
