Tivan Limited has been awarded a new exploration concession covering approximately 50 square kilometres directly north of its Turiscai copper-gold project in Timor-Leste.

The additional ground was secured under the Timor-Leste Second Minerals Tender 2025 following a competitive tender process administered by the National Mineral Authority, Autoridade Nacional dos Minerais. Tivan has formally accepted the award and is progressing through the regulatory grant process.

The acquisition expands the Turiscai Project from seven to eight exploration and evaluation licenses, increasing the project's total area to approximately 394 square kilometres. Tivan initially acquired seven licenses spanning 344 square kilometres for the project in March 2025 following an agreement with the Government of Timor-Leste.

The new concession sits within the upper Laclo catchment on the Lolotoi Formation, a geological framework considered favorable for copper and gold mineralization. Prior exploration across the existing Turiscai tenure by the company's in-country geology team has included extensive mapping and rock chip sampling, returning assays grading up to 23.1% copper and 7.19 grams per tonne gold, alongside anomalous zinc and pathfinder elements.

Prior to securing the new concession, Tivan commenced a regional-scale magnetic drone survey in August 2026 covering approximately 57 square kilometres across priority target zones at Turiscai and Baucau to refine targets for upcoming drilling. The company has scheduled the commencement of maiden drilling at the Turiscai Project for the final quarter of 2026.

Integration of the newly awarded concession into broader regional exploration work programs will proceed following the formal grant of the license.
