Tivan Limited has returned high-grade copper and gold assays from 574 rock chip samples across its projects in the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, advancing exploration modeling at the Baucau, Ossu, and Turiscai properties.

Assays from the surface sampling programs yielded up to 6.87% copper and 24.7 g/t gold, alongside anomalous base metal grades reaching 2.23% nickel, 0.26% cobalt, and 15.1 g/t silver.

The results have clarified geological targets at the Baucau Project, where work at the Vemasse Prospect outlined a coherent copper, silver, zinc, and sulfur geochemical trend over a 300-metre strike length. At the Scorpion Prospect within the same project area, sampling defined a polymetallic anomaly spanning approximately 1,000 metres by 800 metres.

Tivan transitioned its assay workflow to a laboratory in Jakarta, Indonesia, replacing previous export pathways to Australia. The revised logistics pipeline has shortened turnaround times and accelerated the integration of analytical data into the ongoing exploration program.

The company acquired a 100% interest in the Baucau and Ossu projects in February 2026 through an agreement with Beacon Minerals Limited. Tivan subsequently signed a binding term sheet in May 2026 with state-owned mining company Murak Rai Timor E.P. to establish an incorporated joint venture for the Baucau Project.

Field activities are currently supported by an ongoing large-scale drone magnetic survey covering approximately 57 square kilometres across priority target zones at Turiscai and Baucau. Data from the survey and recent surface sampling are being used to design maiden drilling campaigns at the Vemasse and Scorpion prospects within the Baucau Project, alongside planned drilling at the Ossu Project, with all programs scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.
