Tivan Limited completed an initial reverse circulation drilling program at the Molyhil Tungsten Project in the Northern Territory, testing four geophysical targets on tenement EL22349.

The program comprised 13 drill holes totaling 1,960 metres, following up on targets defined from ground gravity surveys completed by previous owners in late 2023. While the drilling provided regional geological and lithological data, it did not intersect significant tungsten mineralisation.

The Molyhil Project was acquired 100% by Tivan in September 2025 through a binding term sheet with Investigator Resources and Thor Energy. The deposit hosts a JORC-compliant Mineral Resource Estimate of 4.647 million tonnes at 0.26% tungsten trioxide and 0.09% molybdenum, containing 12,100 tonnes of tungsten trioxide and 4,400 tonnes of molybdenum at a 0.05% tungsten trioxide cut-off grade.

The results showed that coincident gravity and magnetic responses can be generated by geological sources independent of significant tungsten mineralisation. In response, Tivan has refined its exploration model to require supporting geological and geochemical evidence of tungsten at surface alongside geophysical signatures for future drill targeting.

In parallel with exploration adjustments, Tivan is progressing a Pre-Feasibility Study for a mining and processing operation at Molyhil. In June 2026, the company signed key terms memoranda of understanding with Sumitomo Corporation and ETFS Capital to establish a framework for up to $50 million in stage-gated investment.

Tivan is also expanding its regional exploration footprint by submitting three new Exploration Licence applications and commencing first-pass exploration on tenement EL31130.

Planning for a Stage Two drilling program is underway, with the finalisation of new drill targets supported by recently completed high-resolution magnetic, radiometric, and ground gravity surveys. Commencement of the next drilling phase remains subject to final approval from the Northern Territory Government and cultural heritage clearances from the Central Land Council.
