Tivan Limited has secured final regulatory and cultural heritage approvals to proceed with an 8,000-metre development-focused drilling program at the 100%-owned Molyhil Tungsten Project in the Northern Territory.

The multidisciplinary program will comprise approximately 50 drill holes across the existing Mineral Resource and broader project area. The work is designed to generate geological, metallurgical, geotechnical, and hydrogeological data to support feasibility studies, environmental approvals processes, and development planning.

The planned work represents Stage 2 of drilling at the asset and marks a substantial expansion from the company's initial Stage 1 exploration program, which comprised 13 holes totaling 1,960 metres. Drilling will target increased resource confidence, metallurgical testwork requirements, and geotechnical inputs for pit and infrastructure design.

Regulatory clearance for the program was granted by the Northern Territory Government under Environment (Mining) Licence MXP1290-01 VAR001. In addition, the Central Land Council issued a Sacred Site Clearance Certificate following a work area clearance survey covering the proposed drill sites and associated infrastructure locations, including groundwater-monitoring sites.

The project is located approximately 220 kilometres north-east of Alice Springs and hosts a JORC Code Measured, Indicated, and Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate of 4.647 million tonnes at 0.26% tungsten trioxide and 0.09% molybdenum, containing 12,100 tonnes of tungsten trioxide and 4,400 tonnes of molybdenum at a 0.05% tungsten trioxide cut-off grade.

Tivan is advancing a Pre-Feasibility Study for the asset in parallel with its approvals and development planning workstreams. That engineering and economic work follows a Scoping Study completed in April 2026, which delivered a pre-tax net present value of $534.3 million. The company's development planning is focused on establishing a mining and processing operation to produce tungsten scheelite concentrate and molybdenite concentrate for export to global markets.
