Eucalyptus Resources Files Information Circular To Return Control of TNR Gold to Shareholders

Eucalyptus Resources Opportunities Fund 1, LP has filed and commenced mailing its information circular to urge shareholders of TNR Gold Corp. to vote for its independent nominees on the GREEN proxy at the upcoming annual general and special meeting scheduled for September 22, 2026.
As the largest shareholder of TNR Gold, Eucalyptus Resources is pressing for leadership changes, contrasting the company's share price performance before and after its involvement. According to the circular, TNR Gold shares achieved a compound annual growth rate of 12.18% over the four years prior to JC Evensen's initial public involvement, compared to 131.6% in the subsequent year.
The proxy contest follows a series of corporate developments, including TNR Gold's completion of a strategic private placement with Altius Resources Inc. on May 25, 2026, which raised gross proceeds of $4,171,250 through the issuance of 23,500,000 common shares.
Eucalyptus Resources has urged shareholders to discard opposing proxy materials and vote exclusively using the GREEN proxy to support its nominees.
“I'm very pleased to present such an accomplished and skilled slate of nominees to TNR Shareholders representing an immense upgrade to the board.”
“Kirill Klip's handpicked friends and family board has tried to hide from shareholders for too long, but now their time is up. Shareholders should expect to begin receiving the GREEN proxy early next week and be able to vote for positive change to move TNR Gold forward.”
— JC Evensen, President, Eucalyptus Resources
