TomaGold Corporation (TSXV: LOT) has reported significant assay results from its ongoing Phase 2 drilling program at the Berrigan Mine project in Québec. The results, highlighted by a major 204.25 metre intersection grading 2.05% zinc equivalent (ZnEq) in drill hole TOM-25-011EXT, provide fresh data on the vertical continuity of the polymetallic hydrothermal system. The company’s shares responded positively to the update, with the stock currently trading up 12.50% during the session.

The latest results demonstrate the expanding scale of the project’s deep-seated mineralization. The intersection in hole TOM-25-011EXT featured several higher-grade sub-intervals, including a segment returning 31.31% ZnEq over 2.40 metres. These results mark a progression from earlier exploration work. When comparing the current data to the discovery hole reported in January 2026, which returned 5.75% ZnEq over 98.5 metres, the significantly wider 204.25-metre mineralized envelope in hole TOM-25-011EXT underscores the growing footprint of the Berrigan Deep zone. The mineralization is primarily hosted within a sequence of ultramafic to mafic rocks, where structural controls like shear zones and contact breccias have facilitated the accumulation of metal-bearing fluids.

The exploration program remains active as the company looks to define the limits of the deposit. Assay results are currently pending for four additional extension holes—TOM-25-009EXT, TOM-25-010EXT, TOM-25-012EXT, and TOM-25-013EXT—all of which showed consistent mineralization in the drill core upon recovery. TomaGold anticipates receiving these lab results over the coming weeks, providing further clarity on the structural geometry of the system.

To support continued target refinement, the company is conducting downhole (BHEM) and surface (UTEM) geophysical surveys. These datasets are expected to generate 3D models that will help the exploration team prioritize future drilling toward the core of the Berrigan Deep zone.
