Toogood Gold Outlines Shallow Target Interval at Nevada Project Following Technical Review

Toogood Gold Corp. has outlined a drill-testable target interval beginning approximately 50 to 200 metres below the surface at its Table Mountain project in Lincoln County, Nevada, following an independent technical review by epithermal specialist Dr. Stuart F. Simmons.
The review evaluated surface outcrops, vein exposures, and alteration assemblages, concluding that current exposures represent the upper portions of a well-preserved low-sulphidation epithermal system. Dr. Simmons identified widespread lattice quartz textures and crustiform-colloform banding within major structural corridors like the Widowmaker Trend, indicating energetic boiling capable of precipitating gold and silver mineralization.
The findings provide an initial vertical framework to guide drill targeting for the company's maiden drill program. Toogood is integrating the evaluation with Phase 1 exploration datasets, which included 6,260 soil samples, ground gravity surveys, UAV magnetic data, and LiDAR coverage.
To support target refinement, Toogood expanded its land holdings at Table Mountain to 1,902 hectares following an agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the property. The company is planning approximately 15 line-kilometres of CSAMT surveying to map subsurface structures beneath cover. Combined with existing data, these surveys will help finalize drill-hole locations while permitting is advanced.
“Table Mountain represents a highly favorable opportunity for new discovery in virgin ground. It displays several of the key attributes I look for in a prospective low-sulphidation epithermal system, including excellent preservation and widespread quartz textures indicating energetic boiling within high-fluid-flux conduits capable of depositing significant gold and silver mineralization,” stated Dr. Simmons.

“Dr. Simmons' review provides valuable external technical support for our geological model and a practical vertical framework for targeting in the maiden drill program,” stated Colin Smith, CEO and Director of Toogood Gold.
