Torr Metals has completed 1,733 metres of drilling across four holes within its planned 6,000-metre Phase II program at the Bertha North target, confirming a porphyry-style hydrothermal system at the Kolos Copper-Gold Project in southern British Columbia.

The Kolos project is located approximately 30 kilometres southeast of the Highland Valley Copper Mine and 40 kilometres south of Kamloops, British Columbia, directly along Highway 5. The company previously completed a maiden Phase I drill program totaling 2,733 metres across eight holes at the Bertha target in late 2025.

The first four holes of the current campaign have encountered native copper, chalcopyrite, and chalcocite in cross-cutting veinlets. In hole 26-KO-03, drilling progressed into an interpreted potassium-feldspar-dominant potassic-altered intrusive unit from approximately 425 to 444 metres depth, situated within a broader sericitic alteration envelope spanning roughly 104 metres. Copper sulphides are concentrated along the margins of this intrusive unit, accompanied by hydrothermal brecciation and multi-stage veining.

Potassic alteration reflects hotter, more proximal hydrothermal fluids, providing a geological vector toward the potential centre of the system where higher copper sulphide concentrations may occur. This intrusive corridor lies within a large chargeability anomaly that strengthens and remains open at depth. Hole 26-KO-04 has reached a core length of approximately 180 metres while advancing directly toward the stronger portion of the anomaly. The hole has intersected native copper in near-surface veins for the first time in the Phase II program, alongside pyrite-chalcopyrite veinlets near the outer margin of the geophysical anomaly.
