Trailbreaker Resources Ltd. has received a property-wide exploration permit for its Liberty copper-molybdenum project in central British Columbia, paving the way for an expanded diamond drilling campaign.

The British Columbia Ministry of Mining and Critical Minerals approved the five-year Multi-Year Area-Based Mines Act permit with a provisional expiry date of July 23, 2031. The 6,895-hectare property lies approximately 60 kilometres northwest of Quesnel and is fully accessible by resource roads.

The newly approved permit authorizes diamond drilling from up to 50 drill pads, the establishment of temporary structures including core storage and drill lay-down areas, and the construction or modification of up to 17 kilometres of exploration access trails.

This multi-year authorization broadens the scope of operational work compared with Trailbreaker's earlier exploration efforts at the property. The previous drilling permit was restricted to a first-pass program of up to 2,000 metres confined to existing disturbances. That inaugural 2,442-metre maiden diamond drill program was completed in mid-2024 and intersected widespread copper-molybdenum porphyry mineralization across seven holes.

Trailbreaker acquired 100% of the Liberty Property, previously known as the Murray Property, through an option agreement in January 2024. Following receipt of the new permit, the company plans to advance its testing of the property's geophysical and geochemical targets.
