Trans Canada Gold Corp. has successfully completed its Phase-1 underground drilling program on Bear Mountain at the Harrison Lake Gold Project in southwestern British Columbia.

The company acquired an initial interest in the Harrison Lake Gold Project through a five-year option agreement entered into on February 4, 2026, with Bear Mountain Gold Mines to acquire a 60% interest. Following plans outlined in its February 27, 2026 announcement for a 6-hole program, Trans Canada Gold carried out the underground drilling with contractor Paradigm Drilling Ltd. of Kamloops, B.C.

Alongside the drilling, the company completed an underground mine refurbishment program and passed a mine inspection by the BC Ministry of Mines. Upgrades include updated electrical facilities, drill pad setups for future diamond drilling, improved road access, and an upgraded all-weather core shack and core sawing facility. All drill core has been secured, catalogued, and prepared for analysis using the PhotonAssay method, which is the standard technique for high-grade, nuggety gold.

“We are excited to have successfully completed Phase 1 - Drilling at Harrison Lake, unlocking the significant gold potential for the expansion on the district-scale Harrison Lake Gold Project. British Columbia is rapidly being recognized as a Tier 1, Jurisdictional and mining-friendly asset destination now, fast-tracking and advancing mining development projects and announcing billions in investments in an Ottawa-B.C. growth initiative favoring all Canadians. The Company is currently reviewing and improving operating efficiency and lowering operating costs intended to maximize future drilling opportunities.” — Tim Coupland, President and Chief Executive Officer

Detailed drill planning is underway for the next stage of exploration. Trans Canada Gold has planned an 8-hole Phase 2 diamond drilling program targeting multiple high-grade gold zones at the project.

“The Company is currently updating the high-quality GIS database of exploration and drilling data available to our staff of seasoned mining professionals and underground diamond drillers delivering drill results. Trans Canada Gold and its geological team is now positioned to expand the district-scale gold potential of the property and to potentially confirm higher-average gold grades with modern assay methods. The Company will embark on a program to accelerate investor awareness and branding of our unique gold opportunity, in this precious metal super-cycle.” — Tim Coupland, President and Chief Executive Officer

Detailed drill planning for Phase 2 is currently underway on Bear Mountain, with priority follow-ups planned for historical intersections including DDH 88-76 and DDH 88-121.
