Trekor Metals Limited reported $125.1 million in Adjusted EBITDA for the second quarter of 2026, supported by $330.6 million in revenue from total sales of 37.5 million pounds of copper. Consolidated production for the period reached 36 million pounds of copper, anchored by 30.3 million pounds produced at the Gibraltar mine and 5.2 million pounds from the Florence Copper operation.

“Record copper prices and strong production at Gibraltar led to some of the best results we have ever recorded.”

Following the announcement, Trekor shares closed at $11.51 on August 5, 2026, rising 4.54% on the day.

At Gibraltar, copper production remained steady as mining focused on the lower benches of the Connector pit. Total operating costs (C1) at the site dropped to US$2.41 per pound of copper produced. While site costs were impacted by higher diesel and explosive prices, these were partially offset by a by-product credit of US$0.65 per pound, driven by a realized molybdenum price of nearly US$30 per pound.

Florence Copper, now in its first full quarter of operations, produced 5.2 million pounds of copper cathode. The operation ramped up during the quarter, with average solution flow rates reaching 3,200 gallons per minute following the addition of 20 new production wells in June. The site team expects to integrate a further 18 production wells into the wellfield this month to continue boosting output.

Regarding development assets, the company is advancing the Yellowhead copper project in British Columbia.

“Last week, another notable milestone was achieved as the BC Environmental Assessment Office issued a positive Readiness Decision, which confirms the project is ready to move into process planning and the next phases of the Environmental Assessment.”
