Tribeca Resources Corporation (TSXV: TRBC) has released new technical data from its field programs at the Jiguata project in northern Chile, identifying what the company interprets as a district-scale porphyry and high-sulphidation epithermal cluster. The findings result from an extensive mapping, geochemical sampling, and geophysical program covering four distinct alteration centres across a 7km by 4km area.

The company’s surface work has generated several technical datasets, including 3D inversion models from magnetotelluric and ground magnetic surveys. These models revealed resistivity and magnetic features that the company views as consistent with porphyry-style mineralization. Geochemical analysis of soil and rock chip samples further identified two primary mineral signatures: a molybdenum-tungsten-bismuth-copper association indicative of a potential porphyry source, and an arsenic-antimony-tellurium-silver-gold signature typical of epithermal systems.

"The recently completed field programs have delivered a substantial amount of new technical information across the Jiguata Project and have materially improved our understanding of the property. The geological, geochemical and geophysical results from this extensive period of boots-on-the-ground work continue to support Jiguata as a compelling exploration opportunity. The pre-drilling programs have provided a strong platform for refining our integrated model and advancing Jiguata toward our maiden drill program."

Tribeca Resources operates with a focused strategy in northern Chile, balancing development of advanced-stage iron oxide copper-gold assets with the pursuit of earlier-stage exploration targets. The company is now in the final phase of integrating these latest results to refine drill targeting for a maiden campaign at Jiguata.

Separately, the explorer has completed its planned drilling at the Chirsposo Sur target within its La Higuera project. The company is currently awaiting assay results for the four diamond holes completed at that site, which will be released to the market once they have been received from the laboratory.
