TriStar Gold Inc. realized gross proceeds of C$1.431 million in August 2026 through the exercise of 7,153,884 warrants, resulting in the issuance of an equal number of common shares. The warrants were exercised at a price of C$0.20 per share.

Two company insiders participated in the August exercises, contributing directly to the total share issuance. President and Chief Executive Officer Nicholas Appleyard exercised warrants for 384,615 common shares, while company director Jessica Van Den Akker acquired 38,500 common shares. The exercised warrants were originally issued under a non-brokered private placement that closed in August 2023.

The developer holds the Castelo de Sonhos gold property in Pará State, Brazil, as its flagship project. The capital injection from the warrant exercises supplements the company's treasury following a brokered private placement closed in June 2026, which generated gross proceeds of C$10,352,530 to advance the Brazilian asset.
