Troilus Mining Corp. has intersected 8.84 g/t gold equivalent over 4.8 metres, including 23.58 g/t AuEq over one metre, from five extension drill holes totalling 2,915 metres at the Z87 target of its Troilus Project in north-central Quebec.

The program re-entered and extended five existing drill holes originating from the J Zone to test the down-plunge continuity of high-grade mineralization beyond the existing mineral resource. All five holes intersected mineralization, confirming high-grade continuity at least 400 metres beyond the existing resource pit shell.

Additional highlights from the Z87 underground target program include hole TLG-ZJ419-094-EXT26, which returned 5.07 g/t AuEq over five metres starting at 842 metres downhole, and hole J-22-344-EXT26, which intersected 2.08 g/t AuEq over 6.17 metres starting at 995.2 metres downhole. Hole TLG-ZJ19-165-EXT26 returned 2.84 g/t AuEq over 3.7 metres within an 8.2-metre zone grading 1.71 g/t AuEq from 989.5 metres downhole.

Troilus holds a 435-square-kilometre land position in the Frôtet-Evans Greenstone Belt. The Troilus Project is supported by a May 2024 Feasibility Study outlining a 22-year, 50,000 tonne-per-day open-pit mining operation. The company is also advancing an ongoing 24,000-metre Z87 pit optimization drill program targeting inferred and historically unsampled material at the site.
