Troilus Mining Corp. (TSX: TLG) has released new assay data from its 2026 exploration program at the Troilus project in Quebec. The latest results comprise seven drill holes totaling 1,845 metres, all focused on the Z87 reserve pit. This work is part of a larger, ongoing 24,000-metre optimization drill campaign intended to evaluate unsampled historic drill intervals and upgrade inferred material within the site’s mine plan.

The drill results include a notable intercept of 0.95 g/t AuEq over 164 metres in hole 87-26-507. Other highlights from the Z87 hangingwall include hole 87-26-487, which returned 39.6 metres grading 0.82 g/t AuEq, and hole 87-26-501, which intercepted 75 metres at 0.64 g/t AuEq. These findings confirm the presence of mineralized zones that were either under-sampled or historically designated as waste in previous models.

These exploration results are expected to inform an upcoming remodelling of the Z87 hangingwall mineralization. By integrating this new data, the company aims to refine its pit sequencing and potentially improve the strip ratio for the initial phases of the proposed mine operation. This work is essential as Troilus advances its broader development strategy across its large land position of 435 square kilometres within the Frôtet-Evans Greenstone Belt. To date, the company has released results from 20 drill holes, accounting for 5,563 metres of the total allocation for the Z87 optimization program.
