Troilus Mining Corp. has secured inclusion for the Troilus Gold-Copper Project in the Canada Investment Summit Prospectus, positioning the asset for direct visibility among international institutional investors. The national investment forum, hosted in Toronto by Prime Minister Mark Carney in partnership with CPP Investments and PSP Investments, convenes global participants who collectively manage more than $100 trillion in assets.

The selection shifts the company’s investor engagement profile compared to previous capital-raising activities, moving the asset into a federally curated prospectus designed to mobilize long-term capital into strategic Canadian industries. Troilus Chief Executive Officer Justin Reid has also been invited to attend the summit’s welcome reception.

The project is advancing following an updated NI 43-101 Technical Report completed in September 2026. The technical update expanded the asset’s operating parameters from a previously disclosed 22-year mine life in the initial feasibility study to approximately 26 years, while establishing an after-tax net present value discounted at 5% of US$3.2 billion and an after-tax internal rate of return of 22%.

The life-of-mine plan details a 50,000 tonne-per-day open-pit operation targeting payable production of approximately 5.63 million ounces of gold, 472 million pounds of copper, and 10.88 million ounces of silver over its operating life.

“Troilus’ selection for inclusion in the Canada Investment Summit Prospectus comes at an exceptionally important time for both our Project and for Canada. The federal government is making a concerted effort to attract global capital toward strategic Canadian assets, and we believe Troilus represents exactly the kind of large-scale, long-life project that can contribute meaningfully to Canada’s future production of gold and copper, while generating significant economic benefits here at home. With our updated Technical Report now complete, Troilus has one of the strongest technical and economic foundations in its history, including an after-tax NPV(5%) of US$3.2 billion and an approximately 26-year mine life. As Detailed Engineering, procurement, permitting and project financing advance in parallel, we are entering a defining stage of value creation and welcome the opportunity to increase Troilus’ visibility among some of the world’s largest and most sophisticated investors.”

— Justin Reid, CEO

The Troilus asset is a former gold and copper mine that operated from 1996 to 2010 before being advanced toward a potential restart. Troilus is currently progressing detailed engineering, procurement, permitting, and project financing in parallel, supported by a senior secured project financing mandate of up to US$1.2 billion.

Recent operational de-risking milestones include securing a 70 MW hydroelectric power allocation from Hydro-Québec in June 2026 and selection for Québec’s Filon initiative in July 2026 to support provincial permitting coordination. Troilus is also targeting the completion of definitive equipment supply and service agreements with Metso Corporation in September 2026 following an earlier equipment award.
