True North Copper Limited has delivered an updated Mineral Resource Estimate for the Mongoose-Taipan deposit at its Cloncurry Copper Project in Queensland, lifting total contained copper across the project resource base by approximately 18% from the previous position reported in August 2026.

The updated consolidated Mongoose-Taipan resource stands at 11.2 million tonnes at 0.76% copper equivalent, representing a 49% increase in contained copper compared to earlier standalone estimates. Consolidation of the previously separate deposits was achieved by evaluating Mongoose and Taipan as a single continuous mineralised system unconstrained by tenement boundaries, following True North’s recent acquisition of the asset.

The revised estimate incorporates five drillholes completed by Renegade Exploration in 2024 and three holes drilled by True North in 2026. Recent drilling results feeding into the update include an intercept of 58.97 metres at 0.71% copper and 0.11 g/t gold from 43.98 metres in hole GAMD26_005, which included 3.97 metres at 3.79% copper and 0.47 g/t gold from 77 metres. A second hole, GAMD26_011, returned 38 metres at 0.75% copper and 0.08 g/t gold from 52 metres.

“The updated Mongoose-Taipan Resource demonstrates the value of consolidating these adjacent deposits into a single mineralised system. The new 11.2 Mt @ 0.76% CuEq Resource represents a ~49% increase in contained copper and increases contained copper across the broader Cloncurry Copper Project resource base by approximately 18%.”

The enlarged resource base replaces the previous August 2026 total of 17.75 million tonnes containing 128,000 tonnes of copper. True North will incorporate the new Mongoose-Taipan estimate into mine design, scheduling, and optimisation work for the Cloncurry Pre-Feasibility Study.

The company remains on schedule to complete the Pre-Feasibility Study and potential Ore Reserve for the Cloncurry Copper Project in late 2026.
