Turaco Gold Limited has intersected 11 metres at 4.33 g/t gold from 72 metres, including 4 metres at 10.50 g/t gold from 78 metres, in extensional drilling at the Begnopan Deposit within the Afema Gold Project in south-east Côte d'Ivoire.

The latest results cover the first 69 holes of a completed program comprising approximately 13,000 metres of drilling across 113 holes. Turaco Gold announced a maiden open-pit constrained mineral resource estimate for Begnopan of 5.1 million tonnes at 1.5 g/t gold for 260,000 ounces on 30 October 2025.

Extensional holes also returned 15 metres at 3.41 g/t gold from 124 metres in hole BEGRCDD0061 and 23 metres at 1.95 g/t gold from 115 metres in hole BEGRCDD0067. Resource infill drilling delivered 24 metres at 3.30 g/t gold from 105 metres in hole BEGRC0094 and 5 metres at 7.26 g/t gold from 75 metres, including 3 metres at 10.54 g/t gold, in hole BEGRC0085.

The program was designed to test for mineralisation extensions and increase confidence in the existing resource estimate. Approximately 70% of the current Begnopan resource is classified as Inferred, which excluded it from the maiden JORC Ore Reserve estimate for the broader Afema Project. The new data is expected to support resource classification upgrades and facilitate inclusion in a future reserve update.

The current 4.65-million-ounce Afema Project Mineral Resource Estimate is scheduled to be updated in the fourth quarter of calendar year 2026 to incorporate resource growth across Woulo Woulo, Asupiri-Adiopan, and Begnopan, alongside a maiden estimate for Niamienlessa.

“We will shortly set a cut -off date for drilling results to be included in an update to the current 4.65Moz Afema Project MRE, targeted for Q4 CY2026. The updated MRE will then form the basis of the Definitive Feasibility Study currently underway.”

This updated resource estimate will form the basis of the Definitive Feasibility Study currently underway. Turaco Gold also has ongoing drilling active at the Adiopan and Woulo Woulo deposits, with further results expected over the coming weeks.
