Turaco Gold Limited has intersected 15 metres at 4.72 g/t gold from 122 metres, including 6 metres at 8.71 g/t gold from 127 metres, in ongoing drilling at the Afema Project in south-east Côte d'Ivoire.

The latest results come from 13 assayed holes out of a 2,984-metre, 17-hole program at the Adiopan area, which forms the northern end of the Asupiri Deposit. Extensional drilling also returned 66 metres at 1.07 g/t gold from 77 metres, including 7 metres at 4.17 g/t gold from 113 metres in hole ADIDD0043, and 15 metres at 3.62 g/t gold from 164 metres in hole ADIDD0048. Infill drilling at Adiopan returned 17 metres at 3.15 g/t gold from 131 metres, including 7 metres at 6.19 g/t gold from 139 metres in hole ADIDD0035.

The Adiopan-Asupiri Deposit currently hosts an open-pit constrained mineral resource estimate of 33.8 million tonnes at 1.2 g/t gold for 1.28 million ounces, representing about 67% Indicated resources. The remaining four holes from the latest Adiopan program were dedicated to gathering metallurgical samples for the definitive feasibility study and were not assayed. Previous metallurgical testwork at Asupiri achieved an average gold extraction of approximately 88% from fresh mineralisation through primary whole ore grind, sulphide flotation, ultra-fine grinding of concentrate, and oxidative and cyanide leaching.
