Tyranna Resources Limited has completed the sale of its 90% interest in the Namibe Lithium and Caesium Project in Angola to Sinomine Resource (Guangdong Hengqin) Supply Chain Co., Ltd.

The completed transaction transfers ownership of the project holding subsidiary, AM (Mauritius) Limited, entirely to Sinomine. Tyranna received a final cash consideration of USD$1,368,000, which is net of the withholding mechanism. The final figure compares with an initial cash consideration of US$1.44 million announced when the transaction was first launched.

The deal follows shareholder approval secured at a general meeting on 7 August 2026, with all conditions precedent having been met or waived following the initial agreement announced on 7 July 2026. The asset sale leaves Tyranna with cash reserves of approximately $2.6 million.

Tyranna held and explored the Namibe project for four years prior to the divestment, completing diamond and reverse circulation drilling programs across several prospects, including Muvero and Loop, where exploration identified spodumene and pollucite mineralisation.

Managing Director David Crook noted that the divestment allows the company to turn its attention elsewhere within the jurisdiction.

“The companies concluded that the logical owner of the project going forward was Sinomine and an equitable divestment would allow Tyranna to focus on other opportunities in Angola.”

— David Crook, Managing Director

Alongside its previous operations at Namibe, Tyranna holds the Chinguar Gold Project, situated approximately 50 km northeast of Huambo, and the Maongo Copper Project, maintaining an active exploration focus within the region.
