United States Antimony Corporation has transported 576 tons of high-grade stibnite ore from its Stibnite Hill property in Thompson Falls, Montana, during the ongoing 2026 mining campaign.

The company has moved the material across 42 truckloads since resuming operations in April following winter weather suspensions. The shipments averaged approximately 14 tons per truck with an antimony content of about 10%.

Mining and haulage operations are currently progressing at a rate of approximately three truckloads, or 42 tons of ore, per day. That pace moves rock off the mountain at over two times the daily rate of the 2025 campaign, when United States Antimony Corporation transported approximately 800 tons of antimony ore over a 45-day period.

Material mined at Stibnite Hill is hauled to the company’s Radersburg flotation mill for processing. The resulting antimony concentrate is then shipped to either the Thompson Falls smelter or the Madero smelter in Mexico for conversion into finished products, including mill-spec material.

The ongoing extraction forms part of the company's strategy to expand access to domestic antimony feedstock and reduce reliance on third-party and foreign ore purchases. United States Antimony Corporation previously mined the deposit using narrow vein underground methods beginning in 1968 before operations ceased for economic reasons in 1983.

The ongoing work at Stibnite Hill is part of a broader push by regional producers in the district to expand domestic output of critical minerals.
