Unity Metals Limited has completed a 1,063-metre trenching program across nine trenches at its Ngot and O'Phlay gold projects in Cambodia, exposing new zones of gold mineralisation outside existing drilling areas.

The surface work, initially planned for Ngot before being extended to O'Phlay, encountered multiple zones of gold anomalism at the Ngot Central, Ngot NE and Srolao prospects, alongside the Camp Prospect at O'Phlay.

The best trench intersections include 18m at 0.5 g/t gold from 4m and 22m at 0.9 g/t gold from 142m, which included a 2m interval grading 7.7 g/t gold from 146m at Ngot Central. Trench 26TRSL001 at the Srolao Prospect returned 6m at 1.2 g/t gold from 41m, including 1m at 6.1 g/t gold. In addition, rock chip samples of exposed mineralisation within the trenches returned assays up to 7.8 g/t gold.

At Ngot NE, the trenching revealed that Unity's initial drilling was orientated sub-parallel to the gold mineralisation. The technical team determined that re-orientated drilling will be required to test the major structural corridor extending toward the Okvau Gold Mine, located 2km to the NNE.

The Ngot Gold Project is located approximately 2 km south of Emerald Resources' Okvau Gold Mine in Cambodia, while the O'Phlay Gold Project serves as Unity's second core Cambodian gold exploration project, featuring historical open-pit and underground workings.

At both Ngot and O'Phlay, the trenches have exposed mineralised vein sets orientated at a high angle to the dominant structural attitude that we had previously defined. This demonstrates the mineralisation systems at both projects are more of a stockwork-style than we expected and enhances the prospectivity in several areas.

Unity plans to backfill the completed trenches to allow site rehabilitation to begin, with the exception of the Rohav Mountain trench where sampling remains pending. Meanwhile, a Phase 2 20-hole drill program at O'Phlay remains on schedule to commence in October 2026.
