Upside Gold Corp. has commenced a field exploration program at the Kena Gold-Copper Project in southeastern British Columbia, targeting priority polymetallic zones across the property.

The program is underway across four areas: Euphrates, Venus-Juno, Three Friends, and the northwestern extent of the Kena Gold Zone. Work at Euphrates builds on historical production adits and previous surface sampling that returned up to 26.1 grams per tonne gold and 179 grams per tonne silver, with further sampling planned for adjacent wall rocks and unrecorded mineralized workings.

The company also advances the Venus-Juno claims, which were added to the land position earlier in the year following the acquisition of a 100% interest in seven mineral claims covering approximately 273 hectares on the northwest side. Historical records for Venus-Juno indicate past production of approximately 5,411 tonnes averaging 19.8 grams per tonne gold and 17.7 grams per tonne silver. Field crews are also prospecting the Three Friends cluster of polymetallic showings and evaluating gold potential at the northwestern extent of the Kena Gold Zone.

The ongoing field evaluation is supported by a brokered private placement closed in June 2026 that generated aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $5.14 million.

Dr. Trevor Boyd, P.Geo., Vice President, Exploration of Upside Gold, added: “Euphrates, Venus-Juno, Three Friends and the northwestern Kena Gold Zone each provide a strong geological rationale for further field and geochemical evaluation. This program is designed to refine our understanding of these areas and prioritize the most prospective targets for future follow-up and potential drilling.”

Upside Gold targets the delivery of an updated NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate for the Kena project in the first quarter of 2027.
