Valiant Gold Limited has commenced an initial Phase A resource definition diamond drilling program at the Boomerang gold deposit, located within its 100%-owned Reedy Project in Western Australia.

The ~8,000-metre diamond program utilizes two rigs on site to improve confidence in the existing Mineral Resource Estimate and support evaluation of an accelerated open-pit opportunity alongside future underground mining scenarios. Boomerang is the largest single resource within the Reedy Project, hosting an open-pit and underground Mineral Resource Estimate of 5.26 million tonnes at 2.17 grams per tonne gold for 367,000 ounces of gold.

The deposit sits on a granted mining lease approximately 45 kilometres by road from processing infrastructure accessible under an ore purchase agreement with Westgold Resources Limited.

Following up on plans outlined in July 2026, Valiant schedules completion of the initial Phase A program within 8 to 10 weeks, with initial assay results expected from the second quarter of fiscal 2027 onwards. The company also staked two new mineral tenements near the project between June and July 2026.
