Verity Resources Limited has secured the renewal of four key prospecting licences from the Botswana Ministry of Minerals and Energy, protecting tenure over the company's core landholding in the Limpopo Mobile Belt for another two years.

The renewed titles cover four specific prospecting licences: PL2477/2023, PL2478/2023, PL2479/2023, and PL222/2022. Together, they safeguard Verity's three most advanced assets in eastern Botswana: the Airstrip and Dibete high-grade copper-silver discoveries and the Maibele North Mineral Resource.

Maibele North contains an Inferred Mineral Resource of 2.4 million tonnes grading 0.72% nickel, 0.21% copper, and 0.63 g/t combined platinum group elements and gold, based on a 0.3% nickel cut-off. The mineralisation is orthomagmatic nickel-copper-cobalt-PGE sulphide associated with ultramafic intrusions and remains open along strike and at depth.

Meanwhile, historical drilling at Airstrip has outlined bonanza-grade vein-hosted mineralisation along the Magogophate Shear Zone, including standout intersections such as 11 metres at 7.63% copper and 462 g/t silver from 52 metres. Dibete hosts sub-surface pipe-like copper sulphide bodies defined across a 4.5-kilometre by 1-kilometre corridor, with previous shallow drilling returning 25 metres at 2.17% copper and 77 g/t silver from 27 metres. Both systems remain largely untested at depth.

The renewed ground sits within a regional corridor that includes the Selebi and Selebi North deposits, where NexMetals Mining Corp. reported high-grade drill results at the Selebi project within the surrounding district. The area is located within trucking distance of the established Selebi Phikwe processing complex.

In addition to the core discoveries, a regional VTEM survey has identified 23 untested anomalies across the wider portfolio, the majority of which lie outside the three flagship prospects. On-ground field work is also progressing elsewhere in the project area. Verity Resources will provide an exploration update once assay results from the ongoing 903 square kilometre soil sampling program on licence PL123/2024 are returned from ALS South Africa.
