Viking Mines Limited has expanded visual logging results across nine additional reverse circulation holes at the Linka Tungsten Project in Nevada, USA, highlighting wide zones of visible scheelite.

The current exploration campaign represents the first sub-surface drilling conducted at the project in over 40 years. Previous drilling updates covered visual scheelite intercepts across the first three holes from LKRC0002 to LKRC0004. The new visual logging encompasses nine out of the remaining eleven holes at Linka Main.

Standout results from the latest batch include hole LKRC0005, which returned a combined 22 metres of visible scheelite over a 24-metre horizon from 55 metres downhole, with estimated visual abundances ranging from 0.1% to 1.5% scheelite. Hole LKRC0006 yielded a combined 10 metres of visible scheelite over a 12-metre horizon from 70 metres, while hole LKRC0017 intersected a 12.2-metre continuous interval from 48.8 metres. Hole LKRC0016 returned 9.9 metres of visible scheelite from 58.7 metres downhole.

To date, Viking Mines has completed 14 holes at Linka Main, four holes at the southwest extension target, and two holes at the regional target. The company achieved an 86% success rate of encountering visible mineralisation across the holes drilled at Linka Main.

All samples have been delivered to the ALS laboratory in Reno. Viking Mines expects to report assay results for the drilling programme throughout September and October 2026.

The drill contractor has temporarily demobilised from the site for rig maintenance and crew breaks. The rig is scheduled to return to the project site in mid-October 2026 to resume drilling on a double shift basis, with the programme estimated to take two to three weeks to complete.
