Visionary Metals Corp. has completed permitting and is mobilizing equipment to begin a diamond drilling program at its King Solomon and Tin Cup nickel and copper sulfide projects in Fremont County, Wyoming.

The 2026 campaign will test eight separate conductive features across the two properties. Drilling starts in late August at King Solomon, where 1,500 metres of diamond drilling will test three high-conductance targets. The site previously yielded Wyoming's first nickel sulfide discovery, with initial 2022 drilling returning 44 metres at 0.23% nickel in hole KS22-003.

Once work wraps up at King Solomon, the rig will move 10 kilometres west to Tin Cup. Here, Visionary plans 3,000 metres of diamond drilling to test five large conductive bodies associated with mafic and ultramafic rocks, following up on elevated nickel, copper and chromium anomalies in surface rock and soil samples.

This diamond drilling push scales up from previous efforts. An earlier campaign completed over 3,000 metres of reverse circulation drilling at King Solomon in late 2023.

The exploration work is advanced through an Exploration Alliance with Teck American Incorporated, a subsidiary of Teck Resources Limited. Under the arrangement, Teck has contributed C$800,000 in direct funding alongside an estimated C$300,000 in technical services to support the drilling.

In addition to core drilling, Visionary plans ground and borehole fixed-loop time-domain electromagnetic surveys to test for extensions of suspected massive sulfide mineralization. Dias Geophysical is returning to execute the surveys using specifications from previous campaigns. The geophysical work is supported by a US$250,000 grant awarded under the Wyoming Energy Matching Funds program.

Activity across the region is also picking up, with Relevant Gold receiving a five-year BLM expanded exploration permit and launching a drill program at its Bradley Peak gold project in July 2026.

While modelled plates are consistent with conductive magmatic sulfides, the company noted that conductivity anomalies can stem from multiple sources and do not guarantee economic mineralization.
