Vizsla Copper Corp. has expanded the 2026 diamond drill program at its Palmer copper-zinc VMS project in Southeast Alaska from 10,000 metres to approximately 12,250 metres, driven by improved drilling productivity and encouraging geological results.

Vizsla Copper acquired 100% ownership of the Palmer VMS project in December 2025 through its acquisition of Constantine Metal Resources Ltd. The ongoing field campaign has completed 18 drill holes totaling approximately 7,000 metres using two diamond drill rigs, with operations currently focused on the HG Prospect and the AG Deposit.

At Zone 1 within the Palmer Deposit, initial drilling targeted the South Wall Zone. Two holes have successfully intersected the high-grade core based on visual observations of sulphide mineralization. Drill hole CMR26-199 encountered a 49.2-metre mineralized interval from 305.0 to 354.2 metres down hole, containing semi-massive to massive chalcopyrite and sphalerite with barite. A second hole, CMR26-201, tested the zone approximately 50 metres downdip and intersected a similar sequence. Assay results for both holes are pending.

The 2026 program also delivered a new visual sulphide discovery at the HG Prospect, situated about two kilometres southwest of the Palmer Deposit. Drill hole CMR26-208 intersected two metres of visually identified massive sulphide mineralization from 181.5 to 183.5 metres down hole, containing sphalerite, pyrite, barite, and minor chalcopyrite and galena. Four additional holes at HG intersected up to 20 metres of a prospective altered horizon containing variable barite and base-metal sulphide mineralization.

At the AG Deposit, which hosts an inferred mineral resource of 5.35 million tonnes grading 3.9% copper equivalent and 8.8% zinc equivalent, the first 2026 drill hole intersected a broad system from 140.2 to 248.2 metres down hole containing more than 60 cumulative metres of sulphide mineralization. A second hole at AG also intersected multiple intervals of semi-massive sulphide and massive barite.

The success of this year's program across Zone 1, HG and AG supports our decision to expand the 2026 program to approximately 12,250 metres. The additional drilling allows us to build on these highly encouraging results while significantly increasing the scope and potential impact of this year's program.

The company expects initial assay results from its earlier drill holes shortly, with subsequent analytical results to follow as batches are completed. Diamond drilling will continue with two rigs operating at the HG Prospect and AG Deposit for the remainder of the season.
