Volta Intersects 414 Metres at 0.41% TREO in Springer Drilling

Volta Metals Ltd. has returned continuous rare earth and gallium mineralization across two drill holes at its Springer rare earth element deposit near Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, including an interval of 414 metres grading 0.41% Total Rare Earth Oxides and 35.0 g/t gallium oxide in hole SL26-37.

Drill hole SL26-37 extended mineralization approximately 275 metres below the modelled open pit, remaining mineralized over its entire 420-metre length. The hole returned a peak assay of 5.00% TREO and 74.1 g/t gallium oxide over 0.65 metres from 301.35 metres downhole, containing 9,366 g/t neodymium oxide and 2,549 g/t praseodymium oxide. Mineralization strengthened with depth, with the lower 105.65 metres averaging 0.63% TREO and 33.7 g/t gallium oxide.

The second hole, SL26-39, was drilled as an infill definition hole within the current mineral resource shell. It returned 417.5 metres grading 0.42% TREO and 38.4 g/t gallium oxide from 5.5 metres downhole. The hole included a near-surface interval of 72.5 metres grading 0.62% TREO and 45.6 g/t gallium oxide, alongside a lower 88.5-metre interval grading 0.68% TREO and 39.1 g/t gallium oxide.

SL26-39 confirms strong rare earth and gallium mineralization beginning near surface, while SL26-37 extends the system to more than 400 metres downhole, with some of the strongest rare earth grades occurring near the bottom of the hole. Importantly, both holes carried continuous gallium mineralization over their entire assayed lengths. Assays remain pending for six of the 13 holes from the winter drilling program. Results will be reported as they are received from the Saskatchewan Research Council.

Volta holds 100% ownership of the Springer deposit following the acquisition of the final 20% interest in July 2026. This full ownership was further consolidated in August 2026 when the company closed the acquisition of three contiguous unpatented mining claims immediately east of the deposit.

Following the receipt of all remaining assay results, Volta is targeting the completion of an updated mineral resource estimate and an initial gallium resource estimate for Springer by late 2026.
