Voltaic Strategic Resources Limited has expanded its Western Australian gold holdings by agreeing to acquire tenures in the Meekatharra and Donnybrook districts through a combination of cash and scrip transactions designed to preserve balance sheet flexibility.

The company has acquired 100% of seven granted prospecting licences, covering tenements P 51/3443 through P 51/3449, within the Meekatharra Gold District from vendor Mr Leo Fleming for a cash consideration of $30,000. Completion of the Meekatharra acquisition remains subject to customary third-party approvals, consents and waivers. This new addition follows the company's July 2026 acquisition of full tenure in the nearby Bundie Bore Burnakura gold corridor.

In a separate transaction, Voltaic has entered into an agreement to acquire the Donnybrook Gold Project from Kula Gold Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Forrestania Resources Ltd. The Donnybrook package comprises three exploration licences, specifically E 70/6603, E 70/6626, and exploration licence application E 70/6627, which forms part of the pending tenure within the newly established project area. This acquisition is structured on a scrip-only basis valued at $60,000 using a 20-day volume-weighted average price up to but excluding the completion date, with no conditions precedent attached to the agreement.
