Vox Royalty Corp. has completed its previously announced acquisitions of the White Dam Gold Royalty in South Australia, the Kalman Copper Royalty in Queensland, and the Sylvania Royalty in Western Australia for an aggregate cash consideration of A$8.4 million paid using cash on hand.

All conditions precedent have been satisfied, including the waiver of the right of first refusal held by Greenmount Resources Pty Ltd regarding the Sylvania Royalty. The acquisitions add three distinct assets to Vox's portfolio. The White Dam asset is currently producing gold and generating ongoing revenue, while the Kalman project offers medium-term development potential through Austral Resources' existing Rocklands plant, with approximately 70% of its May 2023 copper-gold mineral resource estimate located on the Kalman Royalty Tenement.

In addition, the Sylvania Royalty covers approximately 1,700 square kilometres of exploration tenure in Western Australia's Pilbara region, encompassing the historical Spearhole iron resource and Prairie Downs base metal deposit estimates, as well as exploration ground adjacent to Capricorn Metals Ltd's Karlawinda Gold Mine. Capricorn's Karlawinda project has been in production since June 2021 and is commissioning an expansion project designed to lift processing capacity to 6.5 million tonnes per annum and long-term production to approximately 150,000 ounces per annum following completion in the first quarter of the 2027 financial year.

“With these two transactions, we have constructed a highly attractive portfolio of Australian production and development royalties for only $6 million in cash. White Dam is producing gold today and provides ongoing revenue, Kalman offers medium-term development potential through Austral Resources' existing Rocklands plant, and the Sylvania Royalty provides potential longer-term optionality across approximately 1,700km² of exploration tenure adjacent to Capricorn's expanding Karlawinda Gold Mine, including the historical Prairie Downs and Spearhole resource estimates. This is representative of the 'balanced bar-bell' of revenue and NPV that we focus on at Vox.”
