Vox Royalty Delivers $17.0 Million Second-Quarter Net Income and Record Cash
Vox Royalty Corp. reported net income of $17.0 million, or $0.25 per share, for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026, marking a recovery from a net loss of $0.4 million in the same period of 2025.
This lifted first-half net income to a record $41.5 million, or $0.60 per share, compared to a net loss of $0.7 million for the first half of 2025. First-half royalty and net precious metal receipts reached $22.2 million, up from $5.4 million in the first half of 2025.
Following the full repayment of its $6.7 million credit facility balance in January 2026, the company's cash position expanded to a record $31.1 million at the end of June 2026, reflecting a materially strengthened balance sheet. The $40 million credit facility remains fully undrawn, backed by an additional $35 million accordion feature. Total assets expanded to $163.0 million at the end of the period, up from $123.4 million in December 2025.
During the quarter, Vox divested two capped assets, generating A$8 million from the Federation royalty after acquiring it for A$600,000 in February 2026, and $4.8 million from the i-80 offtake stream after purchasing it for $2.7 million in September 2025. Net income included an $11.0 million revaluation gain on the offtake stream portfolio, driven by a 20-year land access agreement at the Los Filos gold project and a planned mine life extension at the Bonikro gold mine.
The company reiterated its full-year 2026 guidance for royalty and net precious metal receipts between $32 million and $37 million, excluding $10.4 million in asset divestment proceeds.
“We are pleased to share these strong Q2 quarterly results and record first half results, which are in line with our increased 2026 guidance released in May, including record EPS of $0.60/share for the year-to-date. This quarter included two opportunistic divestments of capped assets, generating 14x and 2x returns over holding periods of 3 months and 9 months for the Federation royalty and i-80 offtake stream, respectively. As a result of record first half operating cash flow and these transactions, the Company recorded record cash on the balance sheet of $31.1 million.”
