VR Resources Limited returned continuous polymetallic mineralization across an 881-metre depth from drill hole NB26-003 at the New Boston project in west-central Nevada, highlighted by an upper intercept of 317 metres grading 0.77% copper equivalent starting directly at surface.
The 881-metre drill hole intersected continuous polyphase veining and sulfide mineralization from top to bottom before ending in a strengthening potassic alteration facies. The lower portion of the hole encountered a 419-metre interval grading 0.48% copper equivalent starting at 460 metres depth. This interval included a 31-metre section grading 0.98% copper equivalent within a mineralized diorite porphyry intrusion and skarn at 604 metres, alongside a two-metre high-grade interval at 535 metres grading 33.4% copper equivalent that contained 1.48% tungsten trioxide, 0.32% copper, and 427 grams per tonne silver in garnet marble skarn.
“Moly-tungsten mineralization with copper characterizes the upper 317 m mineral interval at 0.77% CuEq* , and copper-moly mineralization characterizes the 419 m interval at 0.48% CuEq* below, which is centered on a mineralized diorite porphyry intrusion at 0.98% CuEq* that is a new and important discovery for the New Boston porphyry-skarn system overall.”

The drilling targeted specific conductivity and chargeability anomalies identified by a 3D-array DCIP geophysical survey completed across the central part of the porphyry system in 2023.
VR Resources financed the exploration program following the closing of an oversubscribed brokered private placement in April 2026, which raised gross proceeds of $1,170,000 under the leadership of Centurion One Capital.
Building on the results from NB26-003, VR Resources plans to conduct follow-up drilling using permitted drill sites located along existing historic roads and trails. The technical team also intends to re-assay sample pulps from previous 2024 drilling at hole NB24-002 using the sodium peroxide fusion method to evaluate wider polymetallic grades. Meanwhile, regional exploration activity continues within the district, where Guardian Metal Resources plc announced the discovery of the Tremor Zone with multiple intervals of tungsten-rich skarn mineralization at its Pilot Mountain project.
