VVC Exploration Corporation filed its audited annual financial statements and Management's Discussion and Analysis for the year ended January 31, 2026, on SEDAR+ on August 18, 2026, providing an update following an initial delay notice issued on May 21, 2026.

The delay in completing the year-end reporting process resulted from additional time required to finalize specific accounting and financial reporting matters. With the annual financials now completed, VVC is working diligently on preparing the financial statements and MD&A for the three-month period ended April 30, 2026.

The company expects to file those interim financial statements prior to August 31, 2026. The existing Failure-to-File Cease Trade Order against VVC Resources remains in place and is expected to be lifted following the subsequent filing of the interim financial statements and related officer certifications on SEDAR+.

Beyond its financial reporting schedule, VVC holds an active project portfolio comprising the Cumeral gold project and Gloria copper project in Mexico, alongside the Syracuse helium project in Kansas, United States.
