Walhalla Gold Corp. has outlined operational and technical progress across its Walhalla Gold Project in Victoria, Australia, since appointing Steve Jukes as Chief Executive Officer in July 2026.

The company controls a 1,230-square-kilometre land package in the region and has engaged geological consultant RSC to review historical exploration datasets, supporting target generation and prioritization for its District Discovery Strategy.

Walhalla Gold is deploying airborne and ground geophysics, LiDAR, remote sensing, and machine learning-driven target generation across the land holding. Field work planning is underway following meetings with government representatives and industry stakeholders, alongside the company joining the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies.

The fully permitted and accessible Pinnacles target within the project area is lined up for immediate drilling. The prospect features a 400-metre by 1,100-metre gold-mineralized aplitic dyke containing disseminated sulphides at surface.

Activity across the surrounding Victorian district continues to advance, highlighted by Amara Minerals Limited reporting an initial diamond drill intercept of 57.5 metres at 2.62 g/t gold at its Apollo project on September 8, 2026.

“The extensive work undertaken over the past several weeks, both in the data and on the ground in Victoria, has strengthened our conviction in the opportunity at Walhalla. As we finalise our District Discovery Strategy, we are focused on applying what we learn from known mineral systems across the broader land position to generate and prioritize new opportunities . We are now moving from evaluation to field work planning and execution, with clearer exploration priorities and a growing pipeline of project opportunities across the district.” — Steve Jukes, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Jukes brings over 25 years of mining experience across project lifecycles, guiding the technical build-out alongside Director and Qualified Person Michael Moore. Further updates regarding exploration priorities and field activities are expected as the programs advance.
